Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of Research Support Agreements for the organization. Develop and sustain Research Support Agreements (RSAs) across multiple research divisions.

Collaborate closely with Research Leaders, Scientists, and Administrative Staff to formulate RSAs that are financed through federal appropriations and alternative funding sources.

Process and submit time and attendance records for Administrative Support personnel and provide backup for Research divisions. Prepare lump sum compensation packages and monitor processing to ensure timely payment for employees while keeping the employee roster updated. Provide guidance to staff regarding personnel regulations, policies, and procedures that impact their roles. Conduct orientation for new hires, ensuring all Entry on Duty documentation is completed for incoming employees.

Act as the Government Commercial Purchase Card holder for the organization, with purchasing authority up to $9,999 per transaction.

Maintain comprehensive tracking logs, manage action items, and oversee administrative deadlines and transaction records.

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of specialized experience directly related to this role, equipping the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the responsibilities effectively.

Specialized experience for this position includes the ability to produce documents with accurate punctuation, spelling, and grammar, as well as reviewing personnel actions for completeness and necessary documentation.
