Administrative Office Coordinator


An Administrative Office Coordinator, often referred to as an office assistant, oversees office functions and guarantees the efficient operation of an organization.

Position Details:

  • Temporary employment
  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour
  • Full-time opportunities available
  • First Shift: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 AM to 04:30 PM

Administrative Office Coordinators should possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong time management capabilities, effective supervisory and leadership qualities, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.


Qualifications:

Responsibilities include clerical tasks such as overseeing and coordinating clerical activities, preparing documentation, and conducting data entry.
