Role Summary:
The Internal Medicine Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Coordinator (LPN). This role is pivotal in the coordination and management of comprehensive care for patients living with HIV. Key responsibilities include:
  • Organizing patient clinic visits and appointments.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Planning and coordinating discharge processes and hospital admissions.
  • Educating patients and their families on HIV/AIDS, medication adherence, and care management.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and databases.
  • Interpreting clinical and laboratory results to support clinical decision-making.
  • Addressing patient inquiries and concerns in partnership with medical staff.


Note: This position is contingent upon grant funding.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current Tennessee licensure as an LPN.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with HIV/AIDS patient populations.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience.

Salary: $46,210
