  • Work closely with the Clinical Director to prioritize clinical quality, service excellence, and the professional growth of Associates.
  • Facilitate communication and responsiveness to physicians, ensuring a seamless care experience for patients.
  • Provide on-site coaching to Associates and manage staff assignments to optimize patient care.
  • Conduct performance evaluations in partnership with the Clinical Director, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, ensuring readiness at all times.
  • Ensure the upkeep of physical facilities and patient care equipment, promoting a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN) is required.

Experience:

Certifications:
