Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal patient care outcomes through the effective coordination of nursing services within your designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the delivery of nursing care, ensuring alignment with clinical quality standards and service excellence.
2. Collaborate with the Clinical Director to establish priorities for Associate development and retention.
3. Facilitate a comprehensive care plan executed by Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
4. Ensure timely communication and responsiveness to physicians regarding patient care.
5. Provide on-site coaching and manage staff assignments for nursing Associates.
6. Conduct performance evaluations in partnership with the Clinical Director.
7. Maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
8. Ensure the upkeep of physical facilities and patient care equipment.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN Required)

Experience:
- Previous clinical experience in acute or hospital settings is essential.

Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse licenses in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee are required.
