Compensation:

Friends For All is committed to fair compensation for our employees, considering both internal and external salary analyses. The salary range provided is an estimate, taking into account the total compensation package as well as factors such as skills, training, education, and organizational needs.

Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Outreach Coordinator serves as a vital link, delivering exceptional customer service to connect pharmacy services with the organization's telehealth initiatives. This role collaborates closely with the VP of Compliance and pharmacy and clinic personnel to ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management for all supplies related to pharmacy programs.
  • Restock pharmacy supplies as necessary.
  • Coordinate financial matters with external pharmacy partners and internal financial officers.
  • Manage daily shipments of medications and packages, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the development and expansion of pharmacy programs.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and inventory updates.
  • Facilitate communication with external partners and internal teams to ensure program success.
  • Maintain accurate databases and records related to program clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication with patients.
  • Participate in meetings and assist with program-related updates and coordination.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with pharmacy staff regarding patient needs.

  • Travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Adapt to changes in duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience in database management is preferred.
  • Prior pharmacy-related experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Capacity to work effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
