Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team. In this role, you will manage inventory movements, support warehouse operations, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inventory movements using back office software.
  • Stock items returned from the repair department accurately.
  • Move items in need of repair, both physically and within the inventory system.
  • Process transfer orders, packing, and shipping items to remote warehouses.
  • Operate forklifts to load and unload palletized shipments.
  • Receive and verify purchase orders, transfer orders, and demo shipments.
  • Label and organize parts for stocking, including creating bin labels for overstock.
  • Pull parts for production builds and update inventory systems.
  • Monitor requests for parts and assist the production team.
  • Inspect and process returned parts from production builds.
  • Manage stock and storage of warehoused items, assisting with annual inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
