Job Title: Director, Product Solutions Pricing – Essentials Operations

Prologis, Inc. is a global leader in logistics real estate, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director, Product Solutions Pricing – Essentials Operations. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping our pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness, customer value, and profitability.

About the Role

As a Director, Product Solutions Pricing, you'll be responsible for defining and developing pricing models for individual solutions, ensuring that our product or solution remains attractive to customers while meeting our financial objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to set targets, promotions, pricing strategies, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and develop pricing models required for individual solutions
  • Develop a framework for the deal desk to ensure proposal pricing is aligned with the value proposition
  • Continuously analyze market conditions to evolve pricing strategy
  • Create competitive benchmarking to gain an understanding of how competitors' price similar products or solutions
  • Project profitability through cost analysis and revenue projections
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market dynamics, competition, and product performance
  • Align with finance and executives to ensure pricing aligns with broader business objectives and financial goals
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Experience with pricing software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex pricing concepts to non-experts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical issues related to pricing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial/startup experience
  • Understanding of 3PL (third-party logistics) and warehouse distribution

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $179,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match, and generous PTO.
