We are seeking a seasoned Director of Global Rewards to join our team at Western Union. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our global compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the global compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals and market competitiveness.
  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation programs, including base salary, variable pay, and incentive plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR business partners, and external compensation consultants to drive compensation practices that support our global workforce and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the management of compensation data and analytics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management on compensation trends, program effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Ensure all compensation practices and programs comply with relevant laws and regulations across different countries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 7 years in a leadership role overseeing global compensation strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop strategic insights, and communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and leaders.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation and understanding of global compensation practices.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $170,000 - $210,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus long-term and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
