As a key member of our film department, you will provide administrative and creative support to our Senior Adviser and Vice President of Film. Your responsibilities will include managing phones, scheduling, and administrative tasks, as well as assessing material for potential development and production. You will also be responsible for managing division grids, talent tracking, weekend reads, and submission logs.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. You should have a passion for film and storytelling, and be able to represent a strong track record of building valuable industry connections. A deep understanding of film structure, filmmaking techniques, development and production processes, and industry institutions is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage phones, scheduling, and administrative tasks for Senior Adviser and Vice President of Film
