Film Festival Program Manager

The Jewish Community Center Sonoma County (JCC So Co) is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage all aspects of the Jewish Film Festivals, a recurring bi-annual in-person and streaming program. This is a hybrid position, combining remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, manage, and work closely with Film Festival committee volunteers
  • Oversee film selection and negotiation with distributors
  • Manage all aspects of budget, publicity, marketing, fundraising, and donor relations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and work with theater management and streaming platforms
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Jewish culture, traditions, and holiday observance
  • Strong working knowledge of social media and communication skills
  • Ability to engage, train, motivate, and direct a team of volunteers
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
