Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive VFX Jr. Producer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects, including feature films, episodic series, and commercial content. You'll work closely with our Post Production, Pipeline, IO, and Film Innovation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate review sessions with vendors and creative teams.
  • Record and communicate creative and technical notes from Supervisors, Producers, and Directors to Vendors and Artists.
  • Maintain daily email correspondence with vendors.
  • Oversee the sending and receiving of vendor packages with the Data IO team.
  • Liaise between vendors and internal teams to disseminate information in a timely manner.
  • Work with artist teams to ensure resource and time requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Producer/VFX Supervisors/IO teams to schedule tasks and facilitate delivery of final materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, including those in multiple time zones.
  • Solicit and maintain vendor bids and invoices.
  • Track shots from turnover to delivery across Flow and internal spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • A desire to work in a dynamic, technology-driven production environment.
  • In-depth understanding of VFX workflow, processes, and pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow (Shotgrid), RV, MediaShuttle, Excel, Google Suite, Zoom, and Jira.
  • Previous experience in film production, visual effects, or games.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work within and promote a positive team atmosphere.
  • Anticipate and communicate issues to resolve problems promptly.
  • Take responsibility for knowing details of schedule and advising accordingly.
  • Familiarity with common file formats and resolutions.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Multiple spoken language skills are a plus.
