Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of calendar management, travel coordination, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling conference calls and meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing expense reports, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Attend internal meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Assist with special events, including invitation lists, event logistics, and catering.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
