Job Summary

Lionsgate is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Motion Picture Coordinator to support the team in various aspects of motion picture operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in publicity and events, with experience in managing multiple projects and working under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute publicity and events strategies for Lionsgate's motion picture releases.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with field agency offices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including press releases, posters, and social media content.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Previous experience in publicity, events, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
