Job Summary

The Publicity Assistant will play a key role in supporting the SVP, Worldwide Publicity in developing and implementing publicity campaigns to promote Lionsgate films.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and executing administrative tasks.
  • Assist the International Specialist with calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Support the Global Publicity teams with brainstorming ideas, proofreading, and campaign development.
  • Prepare business-related expenses using CONCUR and ensure timely submission.
  • Monitor industry news and coordinate agenda and meeting materials.
  • Manage key department documents, including contacts, agendas, and media lists.
  • Assist with publicity events, including premieres, junkets, and award shows.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with Google Documents a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime and be flexible with hours.
  • High level of confidentiality and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
