Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms, public areas, and meeting spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising and coordinating the housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure exceptional service levels and high standards of quality.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of cleaning methods, laundry operations, and the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
  • Ensure that all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and department storage areas, meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Lead the Housekeeping team to successfully achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards to exceed company expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and team member engagement.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping procedures, and laundry services.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of quality and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
