PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general oversight, supports the Executive Housekeeper with various tasks in the housekeeping and laundry departments of the hotel. Upholds exceptional service standards through guest and team member satisfaction. Ensures high quality is maintained in all areas including but not limited to guest accommodations, laundry, communal spaces, meeting areas, department storage, and workspaces. Maintains a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times with team members, customers, and colleagues.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Requires comprehensive knowledge of cleaning methods for guest accommodations and the operation of laundry services. Requires understanding of the proper use and storage of cleaning agents. Requires general knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers. Requires the ability to lead the Housekeeping team to successfully meet quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards to surpass company quality expectations.
