Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Coach to join our team at Sport Clips - Support Center. As a Regional Coach, you will be responsible for developing Area Coaches and Store Managers in their respective markets, while contributing to the Coach program as a whole.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills through training, shadowing, and in-field support.
  • Maintain presence/visibility in the market by visiting Stores with Area Coaches.
  • Drive same Store sales growth by working with Team Leaders, Area Managers, and Store Managers to identify opportunities.
  • Partner with Regional Directors and SCI project teams to develop and execute plans for store improvement.
  • Participate in Coach Call with AD/DSM Coaches.
  • Work with Coaches to create an ongoing personal development plan.
  • Serve as mentor and master trainer for Coaches.
  • Expand knowledge in business topics such as business acumen, grand openings, marketing, and other areas as agreed upon.
  • Drive Technical Excellence and Consistency through TSS training and Store Manager development.
  • Assist with content creation for Manager Huddles, Area Manager Huddles, and Coaches Huddles.
  • Promote Brand and Operational Excellence through Success Checks and purposeful Store visits.
Requirements
  • Successful experience as an Area Coach for a minimum of 2 plus years.
  • Excellent in all areas of Operations, including performing all responsibilities of an Area Coach.
  • Maintain open communication with Director of Training and Development, Artistic Director, and other SCI departments.
  • Lead by example and express professionalism through dress code, behavior, and communication.
  • Exemplify the Sport Clips Values.
  • Be perceived as a mentor and a strong leader.
  • Travel requirements include days, nights, and weekends.
