Requirements
- 5-8 years of management experience in the collision industry or relevant roles in manufacturing, automotive, or customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant Certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair.
- Experience in leading diverse field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a technology-driven environment.
- Read and comprehend automotive repair procedures, with in-depth knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in collision repair.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence teams to achieve business targets.
- Follow instructions meticulously, showcasing attention to detail in tasks and responsibilities.
