Tesla is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Collision Center team. As the Collision Center Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional results in all aspects of the business. Your strong understanding of collision shop business processes and operations will drive continuous improvements, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Work closely with Regional Collision Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure delivery of excellent results.
  • Manage resource scheduling and allocation, implement work standards, and own every aspect of the team's performance.
  • Drive continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service, championing safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence.
  • Forecast and surpass goals and objectives for the site through regular audits of shop operations.
  • Take ownership and create a culture of accountability, maintaining the integrity of the Tesla brand, its processes, procedures, and values.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback, leading change and inspiring your team every day.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of management experience in the collision industry or relevant roles in manufacturing, automotive, or customer service.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant Certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair.
  • Experience in leading diverse field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a technology-driven environment.
  • Read and comprehend automotive repair procedures, with in-depth knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in collision repair.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence teams to achieve business targets.
  • Follow instructions meticulously, showcasing attention to detail in tasks and responsibilities.
