Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team in Washington or Oregon. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and overseeing the operations of our regional office.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct building inspections and frequent walkthroughs with customers to ensure high-quality service.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with customers and the crews.
  • Ensure proper usage of supplies and equipment through training and development of supervisors and employees.
  • Monitor daily work hours using efficient scheduling to remain within budgetary guidelines.
  • Operate and teach subordinates how to safely operate and maintain all types of cleaning machinery and equipment.
  • Adhere to company guidelines for employee relations, employee discipline, and termination procedures.
  • Provide a safe working environment for employees.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues from customers, employees, or others.

Requirements:
  • Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead a team.
  • Ability to plan, organize, direct, and delegate.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of urgency; self-directed.
  • Experience managing employees.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
