Job Overview

The Program Administration Intern plays a crucial role in providing essential onsite project support and coordination for various contracts, projects, tasks, or business units.


This position is contingent upon award


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Control Manager in all aspects of program control operations, including cost and schedule reporting as well as procurement assistance.
  • Execute project and office administrative functions, which typically encompass organizing meetings, managing files, collecting data, creating reports, proofreading documents, conducting research, and fostering team collaboration.
  • Participate in program status meetings, documenting key decisions and action items, and preparing necessary materials such as reports, presentations, and agendas.
  • Conduct analyses and generate schedule deliverable reports to ensure compliance with established government parameters and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records related to the program.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Currently enrolled as a Senior or Graduate student in accounting or business administration.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of the complexities involved in developing new processes.
  • Exhibits strong quantitative skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication abilities.
  • Shows proficiency in analysis using MS Excel and MS Project.
  • Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Has a keen attention to detail, with capabilities in data analysis and follow-up.

Educational Background:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Graduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Clearance Requirement:

Selected candidates will undergo a government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

No travel is required for this position.
