Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales stakeholders to determine project objectives and outcomes
  • Participate in pre-sales initiatives and engage with customers
  • Develop project schedules and produce statements of work
  • Ensure that statements of work align with available resources
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients for project coordination
  • Handle customer escalations and facilitate project success

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Detail-oriented with outstanding communication skills

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

  • Extended periods of computer use
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as necessary
