Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Company Overview:

Mission Focused Systems Inc. (MFS) is on the lookout for a proactive and adaptable individual with exceptional multitasking skills to take on the role of a project manager and staff action officer. This position is integral to supporting the requirements and technology initiatives of USCENTCOM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project oversight, which includes crafting essential plans and governance documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing status updates.
  • Facilitate internal communications within the Command and manage external reporting with stakeholders and other government service providers.
  • Lead and/or engage in project-related meetings and working groups to advocate for CENTCOM interests, collaborate on critical project outputs, and address significant issues and risks.
  • Assist in organizing logistical support for project-related meetings, reviews, and virtual conferences.
  • Coordinate resources for Operational Demonstrations and field testing.
  • Support financial management, budget planning, and expenditure tracking.
  • Prepare project briefs, white papers, and other necessary documentation as required.
  • Foster partnerships with other government entities, national laboratories, industry, academia, and international partners to synchronize RDT&E activities, mitigate risks, and enhance program support.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the R&T office as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in a related domain.
  • Proven experience in project leadership.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within integrated teams.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Military background.
  • Experience with Combatant Command staff.
  • Science & Technology experience (project execution, testing, evaluation, etc.).
  • Navy prototyping and experimentation experience.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
