Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management and entry of ongoing climate policies into our tracking database.
- Support the analysis team with research aimed at identifying data and methodologies for evaluating state policy progress.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and identify necessary technical resources.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare materials for significant meetings.
- Conduct thorough policy research, analyze trends, and draft informative papers and guides for states regarding climate policy options.
- Provide additional support as required.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong research capabilities with clear and concise writing skills.
- Demonstrated interest in state climate policy and collaborative initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data manipulation software is preferred.
- Interest in innovative communication methods for complex technical information.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating responsibility and flexibility.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and work within designated hours.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively.
