Drive Business Growth with Adams Limitless Inc

We're seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Adams Limitless Inc. As a key player in shaping the future of safety solutions, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through outbound calls, implementing innovative marketing strategies, and collaborating with our outside sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including safety managers, architects, and contractors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with our outside sales team to provide marketing insights and intelligence reports
  • Shadow our outside sales team to gain hands-on field sales experience and learn customer engagement best practices

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
