Business Development Representative

Drive business growth through outbound calls to create valuable business-to-business relationships. Implement innovative marketing strategies, including e-campaigns, direct mail, and drip marketing. Collaborate with the outside sales team by providing marketing insights and intelligence reports. Build custom target lists and lead the way in planning and presenting our safety solutions to decision-makers like safety managers, architects, and contractors. Get hands-on field sales experience by shadowing our outside sales team, learning customer engagement first-hand. Stay organized by updating the customer and leading database with your progress. Learn about our full product line, our industry, and all aspects of our client's business to become a trusted resource in fall protection solutions. Perform additional tasks to support the General Manager, National Sales Manager, and other leaders.

A proactive, self-motivated individual who is eager to uncover opportunities and drive results. A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required-your attitude and drive matter most. Solid computer skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to adapt and learn quickly in an evolving, high-growth environment.
