About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Coordinator to join our team at PrideStaff Portland. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including producing and sending invoices, reconciling financial transactions, and generating reports.

The salary for this position ranges from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on your skills and experience. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility to accommodate business needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, as well as proficiency in Quickbooks, Sage 300, and financial statements. Excellent computer skills and communication abilities are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Produce and send invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Generate reports and perform other administrative tasks as needed
