Job Description

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is hiring an Accounting Coordinator to support our financial operations. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Gather, sort, and verify financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Maintenance: Post account transactions, maintain accounting ledgers, and reconcile statements.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless financial operations and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
