Job Overview
Tec Equipment is seeking an Accounts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit application process.

Responsibilities
The Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including incoming and outgoing mail, address changes, and invoice copies. You will also be responsible for setting up accounts in C.D.K. and Enrich, ensuring that all necessary information is collected, and working with branches to obtain additional information as needed. Additionally, you will process and manage incoming credit applications, working closely with customers to ensure that all required information is provided and collaborating with Credit Analysts to approve or decline applications. Daily credit card reconciliation will also be a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of customer service experience, and proficiency in computer programs such as C.D.K. and Enrich. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask are essential, as well as a commitment to excellent customer service.

Estimated Salary
