The primary responsibility of the Clinical Science Liaison (CSL) is to foster impactful scientific discussions with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals within a designated area. This role is essential in bridging the gap between scientific research and clinical practice, ensuring that medical insights are effectively communicated and utilized.

Key Responsibilities:

The CSL is tasked with gathering medical insights and serving as a scientific consultant to various teams. This role ensures that all interactions align with the broader medical and corporate strategies, ultimately facilitating patient access to our innovative therapies. The CSL will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to address a range of scientific inquiries related to our products.

The role involves engaging in educational discussions with healthcare professionals, sharing relevant clinical data tailored to their needs, and participating in the 'Medical on Call' initiative, which allows for real-time engagement with physicians to address complex medical questions.

Field Engagement:

This position is primarily field-based, requiring frequent interactions with external stakeholders, including clinical investigators and thought leaders, while also supporting internal teams and maintaining a high level of expertise in therapeutic areas.

Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with relevant experience in a specific therapeutic area or a comprehensive medical background. Proven experience in a scientific or clinical research setting, with a preference for field medical expertise. In-depth understanding of the needs and dynamics of thought leaders.

Desired Skills:

Strong knowledge of clinical practices and evolving healthcare models. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information clearly and effectively. A collaborative mindset, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
