Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team and support the commercial team in achieving sales goals. As an MSL, you will work closely with clinical sales managers to develop pre and post-sale strategies, educate clinicians and other healthcare professionals on the benefits and clinical utility of our products, and establish relationships with key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Clinical Expertise: Collaborate with clinical sales managers to develop and implement sales strategies, provide medical expertise to support sales and marketing activities, and review promotional materials to ensure accuracy of medical and scientific content.
  2. Education and Training: Develop and deliver formal presentations, as well as informal training sessions, to educate clinicians and other healthcare professionals on the benefits and clinical utility of our products.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to build trust and credibility for our products.
  4. Center of Excellence: Identify and develop centers of excellence that can serve as benchmarks for other customer sites.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate intradepartmental communication to maximize patient solutions within institutions and maintain collaborative relationships with advisors, consultants, investigators, and business development partners.
Requirements
  1. Education: 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, or a related field.
  2. Clinical Experience: Measurable experience as a clinician or nurse is required.
  3. Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with infectious disease diagnosis, treatment, and/or microbiology/virology methods is required.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as contact management databases such as Salesforce.
