Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Recruiter to join our team at Nautilus General Contractors in San Diego. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and executing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that may involve remote, hybrid, or on-site work, depending on business needs. Occasional travel for job fairs or networking events may also be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, develop and maintain a talent pool, and utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensure a seamless hiring process, and represent the company at networking events.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software, and certifications such as SHRM-CP PHR (preferred but not required).

Key Performance Indicators

The recruiter will track recruitments KPIs, provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress, and negotiate offers. They will also ensure new hires have a smooth transition by facilitating pre-boarding and handoff to HR.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in using technology to streamline the recruitment process. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
