Key Responsibilities- Analyze and provide advice on organizational methods and structure.
- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of policies and programs.
- Assess current methods, systems, and procedures in sales, human resources, market development, financial investment strategies, and lean operations, proposing improvements where necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to businesses on regulatory policies and procedures affecting personnel movement and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business expansion through satellite offices and mergers, acquisitions, and re-organization.
- Develop and conduct audits, establishing quality management and assurance standards.
- Masters degree in Business Management or related field.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in French and Spanish.
- Experience working abroad and managing diverse workplaces.
- Experience leading remote teams.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, including full health and dental benefits, as well as opportunities for upskilling and training.
