Overview of the role:

The Strategic Account Growth Manager position requires an experienced professional to drive business growth through strategic farming, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client engagements and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for select clients, managing relationships end-to-end, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely feedback to the account team.
  • Participating in account planning discussions with senior leaders to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Identifying new opportunities and contributing to business growth through onsite visits at client offices.
  • Implementing continuous improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of sales/commercial experience, with a focus on client relationship management and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Native/bilingual English level.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment and design your own work schedule for optimal work-life balance.
