Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at WKS Restaurant Group. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Wendy's restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including marketing promotions, menu engineering, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including managers, shift leaders, and crew members.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet company standards for quality and presentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a fast-food chain.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in restaurant management software.
