Business Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team at Insight Global. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion within the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for account mining/farming, hunting, sales, and business development to drive revenue growth and expansion within the BFSI domain.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients through account mining/farming activities, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Proactively prospect and acquire new clients through hunting activities, targeting key accounts in the BFSI sector.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the IT services industry, with a focus on the BFSI domain.
- Proven experience in a role involving account mining/farming, hunting, sales, and business development within the BFSI domain, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, challenges, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
