Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Elevance Health, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers in the healthcare industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory sales goals
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry
* Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
