Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Infinite Roofing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and supporting our sales team by engaging with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives. Maintain and update customer databases with current information.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential and existing customers. Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate interest and provide information about our products and services. Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain engagement and answer any questions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. Address and resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on lead conversion rates, appointment schedules, and customer satisfaction metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improving processes and strategies based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
