Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing PEO and ASO solutions to business owners, helping them maximize productivity and profitability. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, build trust, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business goals.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that is expanding its Sales team in the Dallas market. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Locating and developing new business prospects through heavy networking, referrals, cold calling, and direct selling
  • Employing consultative selling techniques to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and determine their needs
  • Selling PEO services to small business owners and C-level executives by quantifying Employer Flexible's benefits and value proposition
  • Working with clients to help them reduce costs, simplify administration, and minimize employer-related risk by moving to a consolidated HR model
  • Writing proposals, gaining approvals, and presenting approved proposals to prospective clients
  • Utilizing data to position products and involve clients in determining how various capabilities, products, and services impact their profitability and ability to run their organization efficiently
  • Responsible for initial prospect meetings, requesting proposal data, benefits comparison, technology demonstration, proposal presentation, and close

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or previous PEO sales experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative sales
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Group 1 License is a plus
  • Previous experience with developing own leads and prospecting for brand new business
  • Professional Employer Organization, Benefits, or Healthcare Benefits industries experience preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
