Senior Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cambridge Associates. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Investment Directors and the Investment Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, with a strong focus on attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Investment Directors and the Investment Team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and reconcile timesheets, expense reports, and Amex statements
- Conduct research and provide data analysis as required
- Collaborate with the Catering Manager and OS catering support team to support onsite client and team meetings
- Perform special projects and assume responsibilities as assigned by the Administrative Manager or Practice Management Teams
- 4 or more years of administrative/secretarial experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use resources efficiently and effectively
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently while being a team player
