We are seeking a Marketing Operations Audience Coordinator for a leading media organization. The Growth Marketing division is dedicated to enhancing subscriber acquisition for the company's streaming services on a global scale. This team plays a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and refining user acquisition through paid media initiatives. The focus of the Paid Media Operations & Technology team is to develop strategies, processes, and technologies that will empower the company's performance marketing to expand internationally with uniformity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and allocate first-party audiences to our marketing platforms using our data management systems.
- Lead project management efforts and provide updates on essential audience initiatives.
- Conduct audits and revise our global audience configurations and requirements.
- Create processes and tracking documentation for internal teams that comply with privacy and legal standards across business units.
- Collaborate with channel teams to assess audience implementation and activation across platform partners.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of cross-line-of-business requests and initiatives.
- Utilize comprehensive project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Performance Marketing, or Advertising.
- Experience in either in-house marketing or agency settings.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record in process development and execution.
- Strong foundation in Marketing and Advertising Technologies, including familiarity with audience segmentation tools and strategies (e.g., tag managers, DMPs, and CDPs/CCDPs) and trends (e.g., identity resolution, global privacy regulations).
- Experience working across various marketing channels such as social media, programmatic advertising, search, and CTV to meet customer acquisition and retention objectives.
