Overview: Fieldstone at Chester Springs is an emerging senior living community dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to a welcoming environment for our first residents.

As a Dishwasher, your primary role will involve executing various kitchen cleaning and storage tasks, including washing dishes and pots, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and organizing food and non-food supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing dishwashing equipment to effectively clean and sanitize all kitchenware, including dishes, utensils, and cooking tools.
  • Ensuring a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in food service areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.
  • Setting up and maintaining dishwashing stations.
  • Cleaning kitchen equipment as required or directed by management.
  • Upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Adhering to daily and weekly cleaning protocols.
  • Following all safety and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Participating in required training sessions.
  • Documenting service standards and compliance measures, including:
    • Recording temperatures and sanitizer levels for dishwashing machines.
    • Logging temperatures and sanitizer levels for pot and pan sinks.
  • Assisting with the receipt of food and non-food supplies.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One (1) year of relevant experience preferred.
