We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher - Kitchen Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or handwashing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment and utensils.
  • Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure efficient use of space and minimize waste.
  • Manage kitchen supplies and inventory, including ordering and stocking of necessary items.
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation, including plating and garnishing dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of waste and chemicals.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge in kitchen operations and sanitation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
