Role Summary: As a Dishwasher, your primary duties will involve various kitchen cleaning and organization tasks, including washing dishes and pots, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and storing food and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to effectively clean and sanitize all kitchenware, including dishes, utensils, and cooking tools.
  • Ensure a clean, sanitary, and organized environment in food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning dishwashing machines.
  • Set up and maintain dishwashing stations.
  • Clean kitchen equipment as directed by the supervisor.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention protocols.
  • Participate in required training sessions.
  • Document compliance with service standards, including monitoring dish machine temperatures and sanitizer levels.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing food and non-food supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
