Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in restrooms, lobbies, and dining areas.
  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks including scrubbing, sanitizing, and mopping floors.
  • Vacuum and clean various areas including hallways and stairways.
  • Manage waste disposal and ensure all fixtures are polished and clean.
  • Conduct window cleaning and maintain overall cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas.
  • Handle keys and access control for secure building management.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds regularly.
  • Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Positive interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capable of climbing stairs while carrying equipment.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Additional Information:

This position requires weekend and holiday availability. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. All employees must adhere to health and safety guidelines, including self-monitoring for symptoms and following sanitation protocols.
