Job Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Steward, your primary role will be to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by ensuring all cookware is washed and sanitized according to Omni standards.

  • Thoroughly cleans pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, and all other kitchen utensils.
  • Maintains a tidy and organized cookware washing area.
  • Properly stores cleaned items in designated locations.
  • Keeps the kitchen floor clean and free from debris.
  • Performs general kitchen cleaning tasks as directed.
  • Cleans coffee and beverage stations within the kitchen.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while executing job duties.
  • Capable of pushing or pulling weights up to 150 pounds.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 40 pounds.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Frequently required to reach or bend.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Work hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
  • Overtime may be required on occasion.
  • Must possess an unexpired ServSafe certification or be able to obtain it prior to starting.
