The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas are impeccably clean and safe for our guests. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly cleans kitchen equipment such as work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
  • Washes utensils, pots, and pans either by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
  • Clears, sanitizes, and resets tables in the dining area, transporting soiled items back to the kitchen.
  • Returns clean items to their designated locations.
  • Disposes of trash and waste in the appropriate areas.
  • Maintains floor cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
  • Cleans walls, windows, and sanitizes trash receptacles.
  • Stocks supplies, checks product temperatures, and rotates inventory.
  • Assists with loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Adheres to all safety and security protocols established by the company.
Required Qualifications:
  • Physical ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and coworkers.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and company policies.
  • Comfortable working with water and cleaning solutions.
