Small Business Sales Specialist Role

  • Develop strong relationships with small business customers (under 50 employees) and cultivate lasting partnerships.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients from a pool of targeted leads provided, introducing Connection's Small Business Program.
  • Manage incoming calls from prospective small business customers, addressing their inquiries and needs.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests for information and quotes through the web portal or directly.
  • Maintain existing client relationships by identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and drive account growth.
