About the Role

Guidewheel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across our customer base, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expansion and Growth: Develop and execute long-term account strategies to grow Guidewheel's footprint, exceeding expansion quotas and negotiating scaling pricing models.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct pipeline reviews, analyze client data, and identify opportunities to maximize client success and usage of Guidewheel.
  • Client Relationship Management: Own relationships with Director and Executive-level economic buyers, connecting their objectives with the value that Guidewheel provides.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Account Planning and Reporting: Develop account plans, internal reporting requirements, and analyze client data to demonstrate client relationship progression.
  • Process Improvement: Provide critical product and process feedback to improve Guidewheel's platform and sales organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales, customer success, or account management experience, with proven success.
  • 5+ years of related work experience in B2B Account Manager or related cross-functional role with closing experience from opportunity identification to closed won.
  • 3+ years of experience managing renewal and growth revenue targets.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, with strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player.
  • Adaptability, agility, and resilience, with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and excel.
  • Interest and curiosity around Manufacturing, Industrial, and/or Sustainability.
