About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Fidelity Information Services. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and growth.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback, using insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying knowledge to drive business growth and competitiveness.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with occasional travel required.
